Decision on concession for construction of solar power plant Trebinje 1 in Republika Srpska
, NewsThe solar power plant Trebinje 1 will be built in the area of Trebinje, and the Government of the Republika Srpska has passed a decision on granting a concession for the construction and use of this solar photovoltaic power plant.
The Public Relations Bureau of the Government of the Republika Srpska announced that the total estimated value of the investment for the realization of the project during the concession period is 100,750,000 KM.
The concession was awarded to the company Mixed Holding “Elektroprivreda Republike Srpske” parent Company AD Trebinje, the installed power of the power plant is 72.92 megawatts, and the estimated annual production is 108.7 giwatt-hours.
The statement states that the concession is awarded for a period of 50 years, counting from the day of concluding the concession contract, and that the solar power plant will be realized in a period of 24 months from the day the concession contract enters into force.
– Before signing the concession agreement, the concessionaire is obliged to pay a one-time fee in the amount of 503,750 KM to the budget of Republika Srpska, and after the construction of the solar power plant, to the budget of Republika Srpska, the concessionaire will pay a concession fee in the amount of 0.0055 KM per kilowatt – an hour of electricity, of which 95 percent of the funds will be directed to the budget of the municipality of Trebinje – it is stated in the announcement.
