Hungarian solar power plants accounted for a 27.3% country’s electricity production
, NewsOn Sunday, 5 April, production of solar power plants reached an all-time high when it accounted for 27.3 % of total Hungarian electricity production.
Sunny weather, a lot of solar investment in recent years and, of course, declining consumption due to the coronavirus have also contributed to this exceptionally high rate.
In another record, electricity generated from renewable sources accounted for 34.6 % of total Hungarian electricity generation on the same day.
