Serbian oil refinery in Pancevo partially suspended its operations due to observed irregularities
, NewsSerbian oil company NIS said in a statement that works are underway to correct the observed irregularities as soon as possible in order to resume the operation of the refinery at full capacity.
The operation of a part of primary and secondary refining facilities at Pancevo oil refinery has been suspended in order to correct irregularities observed in the operation of sulfur production plant.
There was no environmental impact during the partial shutdown of the refinery and it has sufficient petrol and diesel reserves to cover the domestic market needs for two months. Therefore, the market will be regularly supplied during the shutdown.
