Video meeting with the EBRD on financing new solar and gas projects in North Macedonia
, NewsThe team of North Macedonia’s largest electricity producer, AD ESM, led by CEO Vasko Kovacevski, held a video conference with representatives of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), ESM said.
The bank, which expressed its readiness to finance part of the energy projects, was presented with the company’s development projects, with an emphasis on the Oslomej 1 and Oslomej 2 photovoltaic power plants, as well as the photovoltaic power plant in REK Bitola. During the meeting, future projects of solar power plants with a capacity of 240 MW and gas power plants with an installed capacity of 250 MW were presented, according to a statement published on the ESM website.
