Bosnia: EBRD to lend 6 Million Euros for energy-saving Measures
, InvestorsA London-based bank is providing funds to support energy efficiency in Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH).
The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) is lending €6 million (£3.87m) to Partner Microcredit Foundation, part of which will be used for energy-saving measures.
The company will loan funds to micro and small businesses for housing and agricultural products following the destructive impact of the floods in May 2014.
Henry Russell, EBRD Director for Financial Institutions said: “It is important to support small businesses to strengthen the backbone of the country’s economic development.
