Montenegro: Tender for consultants, gas market third package legislation
, InvestorsMontenegro has begun the process to start drafting the necessary secondary legislation in the area of gas market regulation to implement the Third Energy Package.
As a first step, the Energy Regulatory Agency of Montenegro has published a tender calling for bids for consultants to draft the secondary legislation and provide associated training. The Secretariat will provide comments on the content of the draft legislation to ensure compliance with the Energy Community Treaty.
The tender was published on 29 July and will run for a 90 day period.
