Reorganization of mines in Bosnia and Herzegovina
, NewsMinister of Energy, Mining and Industry Nermin Džindić says that the Government has adopted two important decisions from his portfolio.
“Regarding the process of reorganization in the FBiH mines, at the request of the Management of Elektroprivreda BiH and the Supervisory Board, the Government gave prior consent for the correction of the Statute related to the mines. We now have a much simpler management scheme. So, we have one director of the mine and one technical director, without the Supervisory Board, unlike the previous way of management, where there were more directors plus NO “, pointed out Džindić.
Everything, he explains, is under the direct management of the Management Board of the General Manager and the Supervisory Board of Elektroprivreda.
“What we promised in the previous period is that we would enter the restructuring process in the mines, this is the first and most important move after the plan is made,” he added.
When it comes to the Draft Law on Amendments to the Law on Financial Consolidation of Companies in FBiH, which was also adopted by the Government of FBiH, Džindić emphasizes that it is a correction related to the deadlines for implementation and deadlines of the request.
“Certain companies that are in the process of financial consolidation can renew their requests, and the Government will accept them according to a shortened procedure and enable them to work smoothly in the period ahead of us,” Džindić added.
