Serbia: Construction of the wind park starts in Kovin in March 2016
, InvestorsIt can be expected that the commencement of the first concrete works on the construction of windmills in the municipality of Kovin starts at the beginning of the next construction season, that is, in March 2016, it was said on the last week ‘session of delegates of SO Kovin.
The delegates accepted the proposed Annex number 1 of the Contract on the alienation of construction land in public ownership at the market price.
Namely, ‘Balkans Wind Power’ , the construction investors of windpark ’Cibuk’ near the village of Mramorak, have requested from municipality to erase Chapter 7 of the Contract they have with the municipality, and which refers to introduction of partners into the business.
According to the opinion of municipality attorney and the mayor, the requested amendment ‘in no circumstance violates the rights and obligations of municipality of Kovin regarding this investment, and this Chapter is exclusively concerns relations with their future strategic partner ’.
The investors have fulfilled all the obligations to the municipality and this amendment will not cause any damage to the municipality, it was said at the session, informs the official municipal website.
