The Montenegrin Energy Regulatory Agency, RAE, has granted the Podgorica-based company Alliance the status of a privileged producer of electricity for the solar power plant of the same name.

The Alliance, as they explained to RAE, is entitled to incentive measures that were valid on April 9 this year.

“The status of a privileged producer of electricity for the solar power plant Alliance, municipality of Podgorica, is being determined. The status is determined with a validity period of 12 years, starting from July 28 this year “, it is stated in the decision of RAE.

According to the data of the regulator, electricity is produced on preferential terms by the solar power plants Invicta and DG in Danilovgrad, as well as the solar power plant Bar-kod in Podgorica.

The small hydroelectric power plant Paljevinska, owned by the Kolasin company Viridi Progressum, also received the status of a privileged producer.

“The status is determined with a validity period of 12 years, starting from July 28 this year. The subject has the right to incentive measures that were valid on December 24, 2018 “, decided RAE, which has so far determined the privileged status for another 22 small hydro power plants.
